Nutrition at the Abú Fitness Retreat
Alongside the fitness and exercise element of our Retreat, we will also provide the opportunity to embrace a week of clean, healthy eating.
All food is fresh and sourced locally (of course, please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies etc. and we will be happy to accommodate!) and will brilliantly compliment the physical aspect of the retreat. And don't panic... there will be some healthy treats available as well as a couple of delicious desserts prepared by our extremely talented chef, Jonathan.
