Alongside the aim to push physical fitness and wellbeing, at Abú Fitness we also recognise the huge importance of a healthy mind and the balance between the mental and the physical. Practising Yoga and Pilates not only improves balance, flexibility and strength, but can also relieve stress and anxiety through meditation and breathing. Yoga, Pilates and meditation are the perfect balance of activity and reflection.
