As it will be the peak of summer, you are going to need to cool yourself down! Dive in to the infinity pool which is just a stone’s throw away from your room and enjoy its waterfall-esque features, or alternatively lay poolside and soak up those rays. Peace and tranquillity in a mountain wilderness, what a beautiful vision.

Hello! Amie here, founder of 'Abú Fitness London'. I am a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and have been working in the health and fitness industry for 5 years. My motto centres around building ‘a better you’ - be it in mind or body.
Having run my own successful mobile fitness business in Ireland for 3 years, I am now a freelance instructor, working with some of the best gyms in London over the past year - namely BLOK London, London Fields Fitness Studios and The Refinery.
I like to be creative with my sessions in terms of training methods and regime. Using my extensive knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation, I am able to give adaptations for beginners and progressions for those who are more advanced. So there really is something for everyone!
A bit about my fitness accreditations - alongside my degree in Recreation and Leisure Management, I am qualified in advanced strength and conditioning, strongman, Olympic lifting, suspension training, kettlebells and much more. My range and versatility allows my classes on the Retreat to be truly unique, whilst at the same time teaching new exercises and techniques so you can take it all home with you!
My aim is to push everyone to do their absolute best, and although I will work you beyond your limits, my outgoing personality and sense of humour (I hope...) will keep you coming back for more - I promise!
